The prices for a 7-day rental are:
- Low Season = 500-600 euros
- Medium Season = 700-800 euros
- High Season = 800-900 euros
- Very High Season = 950-1050 euros
There are no additional charges for cleaning or bedding (which is supplied). WiFi is also provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival on Saturday from 3pm onwards and "check-out" no later than 10am. We would consider stays of less than 7 nights in low and medium season only. Please enquire direct.
To secure your accommodation booking, we require a deposit of 50% at the time of reservation by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid on or before your arrival either by bank transfer or cash.To cover any possible damages or breakages, we respectfully request a deposit of 200 euros payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned in full at your time of departure if no significant loss or damage has occurred.
