This apartment is located in a sought-after residence, thanks to its quiet location on private property and less than 2 minutes walk from the entrance to Saint-Jorioz beach. It is also within easy cycling distance of Annecy (30mins) via a cycle track which can be reached in 3 minutes from the apartment.
Located on the first floor of the residence, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a couple or a family with 2 children. There is one double bedroom with access onto the balcony plus a second sleeping area on the mezzanine level with 2 single beds. In addition, there is an entrance hall enjoying sufficient space to cater for a young child, either in a sofa bed or a baby/travel cot (on the same level as the parents).
Baby equipment available on request (travel cot, high chair….) All bedding and towels provided. Well-equipped corner kitchen, north-east facing terrace/balcony with view of the mountains. Ample parking in front of the apartment. Secure storage area available for bikes or skis. Free unlimited Wifi access.
